Ferro Silicon Magnesium
FeSiMg is a specialized foundry alloy used primarily in the production of ductile iron. It introduces controlled quantities of magnesium into molten iron, promoting the formation of spheroidal graphite nodules during solidification. Our range offers multiple chemical compositions to suit different base-iron conditions, treatment methods and casting requirements. Available in various particle sizes, FeSiMg supports consistent nodularization and reliable casting quality.

Our Ferro Silicon Inoculants are designed to support graphite nucleation and solidification control in grey iron and ductile iron castings. Available in FeSiCa, FeSiBa, FeSiZr and FeSiZrSr formulations, each option serves different metallurgical requirements. Controlled chemistry and particle sizing help promote a more uniform graphite structure and reduce the tendency toward chill and carbide formation.
